IsItGo is a private household app for planning savings towards life projects. It is run by an individual for their own household, not as a commercial service. This page explains what data it holds and why.

What we store

• Account: your email address and, if you set one, a securely hashed password.
• Household data you enter: projects, budgets, items, options and quotes, savings balances and notes.
• Files you upload: cover images, product images, sketches, plans and PDF quotes. Screenshots used for smart add are cropped to the product photo; the full screenshot is deleted.
• Bank balances (optional): if you connect a bank, the names, currencies, last four digits and balances of the accounts you share. Never transactions, and IsItGo cannot move money.

How it is used

Only to run the app for your household: showing your projects, budgets and how your savings fund them. No advertising, no profiling, no selling or sharing of data.

Services that process data

• Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage, hosted in the EU, Paris).
• Vercel (hosting the website).
• Enable Banking (a regulated account information service provider) when you connect a bank. You give consent at your bank, and you can withdraw it at any time by disconnecting in Settings or at your bank.
• Anthropic (Claude) when you use smart add to read a product link, screenshot or PDF. Only that content is sent, to extract product details.

Who can see your data

Only members of your household. Members you invite can see and edit all of the household’s data. Access between households is blocked at the database level.

Keeping and deleting data

Data is kept while your household uses IsItGo. You can delete projects, files and bank connections yourself at any time. To delete your account and all your household’s data, contact us.
